Generous design margins are another key feature of ATMOS compressors.
A solidly built base frame is separated from the compressor enclosure by vibration dampeners
and specially designed sound attenuation for cooling air inlet and outlet ducts ensures
extremely quiet running.
State of the Art Control Systems
Control parameters are adjustable for a wide range of air consumption characteristics;
peaking is eliminated; free-run energy losses are reduced to a minimum and the system
switches to standby automatically when air demand is interrupted.
The simple and sturdy design of the control system ensures reliability.
Larger machines are fitted with the SIMATIC control processor.
The sturdy ATMOS frames are equipped with heavy duty lifting eyes for easy handling and
installation into even the tightest corner. Because of the excellent sound attentuation
characteristics units can even be installed close to personnel working areas.
