Aquatrack is a powerful tube bundle or small-diameter pipe cleaning unit for the guaranteed
de-scaling of badly scaled tube bundles by UHP water jetting.
The ‘Aquatrack’ can be easily lengthened or shortened to accommodate any length of tube to
be cleaned (up-to 12 metres long and as small as 12 mm diameter).
The system is so efficient that tubes are restored to gun barrel cleanliness by rotating
multi-jet UHP nozzles operating at typically 2600 bar (38,000 psi) to 3,800 bar (55,000 psi)
operating pressure.
There is virtually no deposit that cannot be removed by the ‘Aquatrack’ and the system is
lightweight and fast to set-up.
The remote control unit allows the operator to advance the lance at its most efficient
cleaning speed and also control the retraction rate.
Aquatrack is widely used in petro-chemical refineries, chemical plants and many other
process industries for both vertical and horizontal tube bundles, either withdrawn or in situ.

Units are available for sale or rental worldwide from out UK Headquarters or Greece or
Romanian contracting divisions.
Drive systems can be modified to fit any UHP water delivery system including Jet Edge
and Kamat UHP Pumps.
Flexible tube lancing systems are also available for heat exchanger cleaning.
The Aquatrack rigid tube arrangement, which can deliver UHP water up to 3,800 bar (55,000 psi)
is particularly suited to very hard and well-adhered deposits because the wide selection of
rotary multi-jet nozzles ensures rifle-barrel cleanliness. Aquablast has never failed to
remove a tube scale deposit of any description with this system.
