
Aquablast has taken a strong initiative on all aspects of safety connected
with Ultra High Pressure and Low Volume Slurry Blasting technology.
The company has an exemplary safety record and has introduced a variety of innovative
safety ideas and procedures to minimise any potential dangers from HP/UHP water.
Our safety record is open to inspection and our Safety Department is happy to visit
potential users of the system at any time to advise on safe working practices.
The Company’s Safety and Operating Procedures Manual is a ‘live’ document under constant review.
We are also able to supply Generic Risk Assessments and advise on Method Statements for all
types of HP/UHP applications.
Safety training for HP/UHP water jetting operation and also training in machinery
fault finding, maintenance and repair can be provided. Training courses can be at our UK
location or the customers own site/premises. We currently offer courses for two levels of
competency;
1) Module One – Aquablast HP/UHP Gun Operator (1/2 Day)
2) Module Two – Aquablast Systems Technician (2.5 Days)
