Our safety record is exemplary because the processes and techniques we developed from the outset were designed to be both environmentally friendly and safe.
We have never been conventional but it was clear that the future of our core activities like surface preparation; industrial cleaning; decontamination; ‘cold cutting’ or recycling had to lie with non-polluting, user-friendly and safe processes. Safety and concern for the environment has therefore been embedded in the Aquablast culture for years and our staff are very proud of that.
We encourage ‘thinking out of the box’ and we constantly encourage talent and creative thinking to flourish. Many of the opportunities presented to us require unorthodox thinking and innovative solutions but today’s customer priorities demand maximum safety and environmental compliance at the same time and we are keenly aware of that.
We have to be rapid problem solvers. Most of the hardware we need to solve client problems is designed and manufactured in house. We never get it right all the time but we try to get it right all the time. Our staff toolbox talks are often more like ‘think tanks’ where new ideas of how to complete tasks safely and in an eco-compliant way are regularly bounced around whilst always bearing in mind the objective of maximizing up-time and minimizing downtime.
We are justifiably proud of the many testimonials we have received from ‘blue-chip’ clients impressed by the pro-active and professional approach adopted by our field service personnel who, because of their long service with us, quickly become valuable assets on client sites because they are experienced and know what they are doing.
And they feel part of a team. We discriminate against no-one.
